My name is Agnieszka Kowalska and I would like to invite you to join me in my Yoga & Meditation journey.
We will be pursuing happiness… So now please close your eyes and imagine a beautiful beach, a radiant sunset, the salty smell of the sea, the fresh breeze on your face and a wonderful sense of freedom – this is what we call Bliss, an ideal condition of happiness and self-realization.

At first, yoga was only meant to be a part of my life, but it soon turned into a way of life, a motivation to discover something new and fascinating, an inspiration to discover the world, people, a road to self-realization and happiness.

My Yoga is Sivananda – a holistic combination of five essential elements – proper exercises (Asans), proper breathing (Pranajama), proper relaxation (Savasana), proper diet (Vegetarian) and positive thinking combined with meditation.

Sivananda Yoga teaches us how to strengthen and harmonize the body, mind and soul to achieve the goal of internal balance and harmony.

As an experienced yoga teacher, I always try to make my students leave my classes feeling calm, relaxed and full of positive vibration. But I am well aware that what people need to achieve happiness is also air, water and sun…

This is why I have tried to do more – to see the world with yoga and to organize intimate yoga-meditation retreats for those who wish to discover themselves anew, to feel that they have positive energy, the power to act and a love for the world around them. We will try to travel together, meet interesting people, practice yoga and meditate in magical places, where we will discover ourselves anew, in harmony with body, soul and mind.
